Heroic Health is not here to bypass local providers; they are here to supercharge them. The Heroic platform connects doctors, clinics, hospitals, and patients into a single, cohesive ecosystem.
Heroic partners directly with each of the rural clinics in the state. They bring the platform that will engage their patients and get them doing the things that will improve their health and make the clinic's business model actually work. Furthermore, they bring the Heroic Rural Health team to the project, ensuring that every local clinic and critical access hospital can benefit from the Heroic operational expertise without adding to the clinic’s or hospital’s overhead.
The Heroic definitive goal is to reach the vast majority of the households in rural Idaho—approximately 150,000 homes—over the course of three years.
To achieve this without overwhelming local hospitals and infrastructure, they would implement the program in the distinct outcome based phases. They know exactly how to do this and can get started on day 1 with positive data after the first few months. No delays, no mumbo jumbo, no politicians delaying and deflecting - just real results that deliver on our guarantees.
